House Clearance Services In Cumbria

Last month I hired Pro house clearance to clear my parents 2 bedroom house in Abingdon-on-Thames.

My parents both moved into a small assisted livng flat, and after removing there personal belongings, we required the rest of the contents to be cleared so that we could put the property up for sale.

I contacted Anthony at Pro house clearance to receive a quote, and after he gave me information on the services they offer, I decided to hire them to clear the house.

I met the team promptly at 9am on the day of the clearance, and after explaining everything that needed cleared, they cracked on with the job straight away, finishing at 1pm.

As we had already removed my parents personal belongings, there wasn’t much smaller items left to be cleared, only a few items of bric a brac, kitchen crockery, some clothing, and books, the team donated all this to charity on our behalf.

The rest of the contents consisted of three double wardrobes, a three piece sofa suite, two double beds and mattresses, three bedside chests of drawers, a television stand, two televisions, a fridge freezer, a washing machine and dryer, a diningt table and chair set, two side tables, a large sideboard, and a coffee table.

I was amazed to find that Anthony and the team were able to donate some of the furniture to the British Heard Foundation furniture & electrical charity shop, whereas the rest went to appropriate recycling.

The team have done an outstanding job from start to finish, and I will continue to recommend them highly to anyone.
