A huge thank you to the team at Pro House Clearance, they came out to clear my sister’s three-bedroom flat in Leominster last week.

My sister had to move out due to her extreme hoarding, she has been a compulsive buyer most of her life, causing her flat to become hoarded.

She finally bit the bullet and asked if I could help her, after calling Anthony at Pro house clearance, he explained the whole process, and put my mind at ease straight away, and after receiving a very reasonable quote, my sister was ready to go ahead.

Due to my sister’s embarrassment, I met the team at her flat at 9am on the day, I couldn’t show the team around the flat as it was impossible to get through the front door, so I gave them a list of items that my sister wanted to keep, and let them start the job.

It took two days to completely clear the flat, I met the team back at the flat on the first day, and was truly impressed to see how much they had done, the front entrance way was completely clear, allowing access to the rest of the flat, I was finally able to see floor space throughout.

The living room, kitchen, two of the bedrooms, and the hallway was now completely clear, with a large pile left in the living room that consisted of my sister’s belongings that she wanted to be held back, this included her handbags, clothing, a brand new boxed television, a nest of three tables, her jewellery, shoes, books, and a shelving unit.

I was truly amazed to see how fast and efficiently the team worked, and stayed throughout the second day whilst they cleared the rest.

They finished the clearance by clearing the last bedroom, two storage cupboards, and the bathroom.

The bathroom was the worst of the rooms, with toilet roll covering the floor, and the bath filled with rubbish, the toilet had been out of use for quite some time, causing a bad smell, that was thankfully only in the bathroom.

I cannot thank the team enough for their hard work and efforts with clearing my sister’s flat, she is absolutely thrilled with how different it looks, and she can now move back into it and get her life back on track.

It has caused her to have severe depression which is slowly starting to ease up, I am visiting her on a more frequent basis to make sure she’s keeping on top of her housework, and has put a limit on her spending.

I can highly recommend Pro house clearance to anyone in a similar situation, honestly if you need help, I can definitely recommend Anthony and the team, they showed nothing but kindness and compassion throughout the clearance.
