• We will provide you with a  quote, and accommodate a date that best suits you.
• A team of three of our house clearance specialists will arrive at 9am on the day of the appointment.
• The team will carry out the clearance to the highest standard, ensuring that the property and/or outbuildings, garden, sheds, and loft are fully cleared, including carpets/ white goods (if required).
• Once the team have finished, they will provide you with an invoice which is payable via card, bank transfer or cash.
• If you are not present for the clearance, the team will take photographs of the empty property, and email them to you along with your invoice, and return the keys to a requested place such as solicitor/ family member/ neighbour.
