Probate House Clearance How It Works?

We agree an appointment date that works with you, and if you can not be present on the day, we can collect keys from a safe place.

Our probate valuers will arrive on said date to begin the valuation process, they will take photographs of the contents in the property that are fit for probate.

They will evaluate the property and provide you with a quote for house clearance to be carried out at a later date.

You will receive a PDF formatted report, containing photographs of the valued items, as well as a valuation for each item.

We then agree a date for house clearance, our specialist team will arrive on said date and clear the property for you, leaving behind all valuable items within the report (unless specified not to).
